Akita Inu:
The Akita Inu or the Akita ken is a breed of dog that originates from Japan. These dogs are quite large in size. These dogs are generally referred to as akita ken. These dogs measure up to about 60 to 71 cms in height and weigh about 30 to 45 kgs .They come in four different colors that are red white brindle and sesame. All except the white type have whitish hair on their head side chest and tail. These dogs in the past were used as fighting dogs however, today; these dogs hardly possess any aggressive nature. These dogs are very laid back and have an easy going temperament which makes them an ideal choice of family pets. These dogs are of the large breed but not of the giant breed. These dogs make extremely good household pets and they require only a moderate amount or exercise. These dogs are very quite and only bark when there is something to be barking about. These dogs are also very clean and have remarkable house break abilities. These dogs are almost catlike as they are clean and odorless. These dogs ca be trained in a matter of weeks to house break which is extremely quick when compared to the other dogs.
