Bernese mountain dog:
As the name suggests Bernese mountain dog originates from the canton of Bern in Switzerland. It is a multi purpose breed of farm dog. Bernese are open-air dogs at heart, although they are well-mannered indoors; these dogs have to be exercised regularly and activity plays in the center of the mind in these dogs, however they don’t have much of endurance. They can run with incredible bursts of speed once motivated. If they do not have any injury which they are always prone to, take pleasure in hiking and usually bond close to their masters or family. The Bernese character is one of the advantages of the breed. They are very affectionate, loyal, true, steady, love craving and intelligent. Most of the Bernese are extremely sociable to people, and other dogs. They also cope well with other pets for instance cats and horses. They can be easily trained if the trainer is patient and regular with them; they can do well if given some time to think it over. If rewards and treats are promised they will be easier to train. Bernese dogs are very stable and patient when it comes to temperament. Resting against their people’s feet or leaning them keeps them happy.
