Bichon Frisé:
Bichon Frisé is sometimes referred to a curly lap dog in French. The origin of Bichon Frisé is the Mediterranean area. They are popular pets which require regular grooming which can be costly and lengthy process and they are a non shedding breed. In short they need high maintenance. They are usually white or cream with a touch of apricot sometimes. They are intelligent and fun dogs. They are mostly in and around with a cheerful attitude. They don’t like to be left alone and like to be socializing with people and other pets. They can also be stubborn and sensitive at times. Since they do not shed they are considered to be hypoallergenic and are prone to many skin allergies. However allergies differ from person to person. So it is recommended to test before owning a Bichon. They do not require a lot of exercise and hate water since it does not like to get wet. Moreover they have eyes which are very much like humans. Goya a famous painter has included a Bichon in many of his works. They are prone to dental diseases, patellar luxation and bladder and kidney problems. Ligament tears is something against which Bichons have to be taken care of.
