Bulldog:
Bulldog was originated in England around 1875. So it is sometimes termed as English bulldog or even British bulldog. They are mainly known for their appearance which is saggy face and a natural frown. They are bred in a wide range of colors. They are quite, calm and friendly dogs but at the same time they can be very expressive and extremely loyal. They make excellent pets with both adults and children since they tend be very attached to their owners and never stray without their company. They lack energy but this only makes them suitable to be kept in apartments. They are prone to breathing problems due to the shape and size of the jaw and the muzzle. Sometime cysts are formed between their toes. Bulldogs need proper care and attention when it comes to health issues. Their faces have to be cleaned regularly to avoid infections and moisture buildup. The teeth can also be cleaned with a normal toothbrush which we ourselves use. They can easily put on weight and so they need regular exercise which will keep away keep away the heart and lungs problems with which they are sometimes affected with. They are also very sensitive to heat. Cool and shady places are compulsory for bulldogs.
