Welsh springer spaniel:
The Welsh springer spaniel is also called as Welsh Spaniel and Welsh Cocker. The length of Welsh springer spaniel exceeds the height of the dog at its shoulder. They are show dogs and have brown or yellow eyes. The height for the male of this breed is about eighteen or nineteen inches and the female dog is about seventeen or eighteen inches and weigh about sixteen to twenty kilos. Ears are lightly furry and pendulous. It has weather proof hair and is protected naturally from thorns and plants. The only color in which they breed is red and white. It is quick in thinking and a very loyal dog. They are sometimes called Velcro dogs since they cling themselves to their masters at all times and are very friendly with all members of the family and forms a special bond with children. They are not subservient but with proper training this disadvantage can be corrected. It needs to be exercised regularly or it might turn itself into a bore often to the dismay of the owner. They can sometimes suffer from hip dysphasia, eye problems and ear infections. The Welsh springer spaniel can live up to twelve or fourteen years.
